Easy Roasted Ramekin Potatoes Recipe with The Little Potato Company's Dynamic Duo

This cute $2.99 bag of (1.5lb) tiny potatoes from Aldi is colorful and an easy hit at the dinner table for one - or two. Follow my recipe below for this easy Roasted Ramekin Potatoes side dish. The bag recommends 375° ​for 30 minutes. I left mine in longer since they weren't cooked completely through.

Temperature: 375°
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients: 

• Aldi's The Little Potato Company - Dynamic Duo
• Olive oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Rosemary

Directions
Step 1: Heat oven to 375°
Step 2: Rinse and slice potatoes in half. I used about 1/4 of the bag or enough to fit my ramekin dish.
Step 3: Toss into a bowl. Add a few twists of salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil (about a TBSP). Season with Rosemary to taste ( a couple TSPS) and a couple pats of Garlic Powder. Stir all the ingredients together.
Step 4: Place into a ramekin dish. Cover and place into oven.
Step 5: Cook for 45 minutes or until fork easily pokes through the potato.
